Turning in bed is sometimes only and can not possibly be at the meeting of the pain. I have tried all the painkillers and analgesics can not. No idea how to handle this situation?

Surprisingly, the chances are Glutius Maximus syndrome. I had when I was in high school. Do not take much to do. I could my toothbrush one morning. I recommend you go to the doctor. He will tell you more ... and you get a perscription of Flexoral, a muscle relaxant is impressive. There is also provision to stretch everything you can do 3 to 4 times per day, and throwing sports. Good Luck

Looks like muscular tension in your rearend. I have a weakness standing in a mine injruy for many years and sometimes only one false move, and bam, the pain is unbearable. With the affected muscle is not what you can do to help, plus a hot shower to relax the muscles and ice to relieve muscle spasms may occur, too. I think ice is best for me. Deflection limit calm. Hopefully yours will soon disappear. If it's too bad that you can ask your doctor for a painkiller. When you sit for a while, sitting on a bag of ice. We wish you a speedy recovery. There is no miracle cure, but time.

Nerve is possible, try a heating pad, you should probably see a doctor or a chiropractor, I believe, he said, was the answer to this question because it has many cracks more cautious response than they had answers.
